Almost. Here’s a revealing interview with Joe Riggs where he talks Kimbo Slice and a fight that almost happened a few years ago, back when Kimbo was still taking opponents for street fights. Riggs says this was back in 2003 when his trainer offered to put up $50,000 in a prizefight against Kimbo, but the offer was turned down when it was discovered that Riggs had a lot of pro experience.

    I Agree with that dude. Kimbo you are pretty awesome but I think MMA fights should be more about MMA than back yard boxing.

    i think kimbo is a bad mother fucker me and my buddies have been holdin fights in our backyard for the longest and i been using the style kimbo uses “straight hands” and its been workin bc when i knock them down they dont get back up

    Kimbo slice is a cool man his a great street fighter and I like that.
